We are a family company looking for an **Order Execution Manager** where you will be based in either our Middlesbrough or Brierley Hill office.

- **£30,000 - £35,000 per annum**

An exciting opportunity has arisen to join our Commercial Department within the Energy Team, working from either our Middlesbrough or Brierley Hill Offices as an **Order Execution Manager**.

**The main aspects of the role will include**:

- Manage a small team and ensure processes and standards are followed throughout the order execution phase.
- Convert information from the sales team into user-friendly and standardised instructions.
- Order entry and order documentation submission to the client.
- Ensure a seamless handover from our sales team for order processing, with job or client specific requirements understood and managed throughout the execution phase.
- Update and maintain order documents, issuing any revisions to the sales team, or to clients and suppliers as necessary.
- Track order progress and report as required.
- Work closely with our clients and suppliers to ensure all order related instructions and requirements are adhered to and managed appropriately.
