Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented communicator to join our team.

You will be responsible for helping our clients through our onboarding process - linking them to key opportunities, gaining sign ups and collecting the appropriate information from them.
- Speak with our clients on a regular basis as the move through our onboarding process
- Collect information and images to set up googlemybusiness profiles.
- This includes close attention to the verification process with google.
- Assist our clients in selecting the best choices for their business and link to our key partners
- Update CRM as needed

**Skills**:

- Strong data entry skills with attention to detail
- Knowledge of office software such as Microsoft Office and Google Suite
- Excellent organizational and time management abilities
- Professional phone etiquette and strong verbal communication skills
- Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively
- Experience of working in sales beneficial to link to our key partners

This is a part-time position. If you are a motivated individual with strong administrative skills, we would love to hear from you.

Please note that all positions at our company are paid, including internship positions.

**Job Type**: Part-time

Pay: Up to £12.50 per hour

Expected hours: No more than 15 per week

Supplemental pay types:

- Commission pay

- Administrative experience: 1 year (preferred)

- English (required)
