Due to continued rapid expansion and YOY growth, our client are looking to expand their Quality Team and bring on board an Administrator to help support with a busy workload.
**Your New Role**
To ensure the day-to-day administration and operation of the companies Integrated Management System is maintained and meets the requirements of the sites certification and customer requirements, whilst providing QC administrative support throughout the business and to customers where required.
**On a day to day basis your role will involve and be responsible for**:
1. Support the Quality Team with maintaining the Integrated Management System including document control, conducting traceability tests and internal audits to the required frequency.
2. Creating, updating, and maintaining the product packing specification system including new product set up, creation of outercase labels and approval of artwork.
3. Maintaining the approved supplier system to ensure all required information is present, correct and kept up to date.
4. Ensuring the raw material/packaging specification system is controlled and kept up to date.
5. Control and organisation of the seal process.
6. Support with audits and customer visits
7. Support with non-conformance/complaint investigations
8. Supporting the factory QC Team where required.
9. Gather production paperwork and ensure all is present and correct.
10. Review and log microbiological results.
11. Creating Certificates of Analysis and Certificates of Conformity for the goods that we produce as per our customer’s request.
**Key Skills Required**:
- Can demonstrate excellent attention to detail
- Communicates clearly (both verbal and written) and able to interact with all team members
throughout the business.
- Able to work as part of a cross functional team and manage relationships with others
- Able to plan, control and prioritise the workload to ensure mínimal impact and delays throughout the
process
- Able to work within a rapidly changing environment and remain calm under pressure
**Contractual Benefits**
- £23,000 - £24,000 + Career Development
- Monday to Friday 8am-5pm
- 25 days holiday + bank holidays
- AE pension
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
**Salary**: £23,000.00-£24,000.00 per year
