- Estate Agency - Chelmsford / Hybrid**

**PRIMIS Mortgage Network** are seeking an experienced CAS status **Mortgage and Protection Advisor**to join a **Primis Mortgage Network** partner firm in their Estate Agency / Mortgage Advisory operation as a Mortgage and Protection advisor.

The business are an independent franchise business and a household name in both Lettings and Sales. The firm has a high street presence in Chelmsford and also a satellite branch in a nearby village.

You will have access to the full PRIMIS lender panel and the 15 provider non loaded Protection panel ensuring the very best outcomes for the customer.

The average loan sizes within this area are circa 275k meaning the earning opportunity for an advisor is strong.

**The role isemployed with basic salary of between £25 ,000 - £30 ,000 per annum DOE and experience.**

**The OTE for the role is £65,000 DOE Negotiable although over achievement will obviously result in higher earnings.**

**PRIMIS Mortgage Network** - a wholly owned subsidiary of the highly respected parent business - **LSL Property Services plc,** the largest dedicated Mortgage and Protection Network in the UK with some 3000 advisers in the UK across some 950 firms.

The PRIMIS network of ARs offer Mortgage and Protection advisory services through numerous avenues to include Specialist Mortgage Advisory businesses, Accountancy practices, Mortgage Shops, businesses supporting High Street Estate Agency, on-line Brokers,New Build specialist organisations with affinities with major housing developers, on-line Estate Agency - the list goes on..
