**Key summary of Activities & Responsibilities**:

- Working with a category leading business that continually demonstrates year on year growth, you will have the opportunity to provide guidance, support and consistently sound advice to managers and staff on the full range of HR activities, in line with Company Policy and Procedure and relevant legislation.
- Build good working relationships with employees and managers in your division by coaching and supporting them in employment matters and getting to understand the division to understand their challenges from a people perspective.
- Updating policies and procedures and drafting new policies when the need arises.
- Looking to make improvements to HR systems and processes and updating process flows etc.
- Co-ordinate and carry out new starter inductions for new employees.
- Advise managers on recruitment and selection, preparing job descriptions and adverts, participating in interviews and producing offers of employment.
- Prepare contractual documentation in relation to new appointments, terminations, and variations of employment and notifying payroll of employee updates.
- Encourage and support employees in their development and training, aimed at upskilling and retaining the best people in the industry

**Key Attributes**:

- Experienced in developing and maintaining employee development and appraisal programs, making crucial decisions around resourcing and reporting structures.
- A skilled communicator, both written and verbal, with the ability to handle diverse workforces and navigate complex situations with confidence.
- Equipped to tackle both operational and strategic challenges with a pragmatic and commercially sound approach.
- Capable of thinking strategically while understanding operational details, bringing a powerful combination of vision and execution.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, showcasing a strong sense of personal responsibility.

**Education & Experience**:

- Hold a CIPD or equivalent qualification, backed by substantial experience as an HR Advisor.
- Possess a strong working knowledge of employment law and current legislation.
- Strong sense of personal responsibility.

**The Role**:

- Monday to Friday
- 45 hours per week
- 5 days based in the office only
- As a 24/7 operation, flexibility of working hours will be expected to meet business demands.
