An opportunity has arisen within Adult Social Care for a new post of Quality Improvement Assistant. The post will assist with improving the quality of electronic records within Adult Social Care’s systems and will support projects in relation to improvements in business processes and quality improvement.

You must have excellent interpersonal skills and have experience of and commitment to improving the quality and accuracy of information. An ability to demonstrate attention to detail, work to deadlines and manage and prioritise your own workload is essential, as is experience of using Microsoft Office products, and an ability to learn new I.T. systems.

We are looking for an applicant who is self-motivated and enthusiastic, and has the ability to analyse issues and adopt a creative approach to problem solving and service delivery.

The post is full time, and for a 2 year fixed term period.
