Groundwork Foreman

Responsibilities:

- Manage Team of 4 groundworkers
- Expectation to operate machinery while managing
- Manage drainage, footings, slabbing And drainage
- Assist with the installation of irrigation systems and landscape features
- Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean and organized work area
- Collaborate with team members to complete projects efficiently

Qualifications:

- Previous experience as groundworks supervisor /foreman
- Ability to manage and supervise a team of workers while reading and understanding drawings to build to specification
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions
- Physical stamina to perform manual labor in various weather conditions
- Excellent communication skills to effectively work with team members and clients

Pay: £160.00-£190.00 per day

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday

Supplemental pay types:

- Performance bonus

- King's Lynn: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)
