VNA Recruitment are currently seeking Grounds Maintenance Operatives to join our clients team. As a Grounds Maintenance Operative, you will be responsible for maintaining and caring for parks and open spaces around Enfield. This is a hands-on role.

**Duties**:

- Perform landscape maintenance tasks such as mowing, trimming, and edging lawns
- Prune trees, shrubs, and hedges to maintain their shape and health
- Maintain garden beds by weeding, mulching, and removing debris
- Operate power tools and equipment such as lawn mowers, trimmers, and blowers
- Use hand tools such as shovels, rakes, and pruners for various gardening tasks

**Qualifications**:

- Previous experience in grounds maintenance or garden maintenance preferred
- Familiarity with power tools used in landscaping
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions
- Physical stamina to perform manual labor in various weather conditions
- Excellent time management skills to complete tasks within deadlines
