Could you be a Sense Community Support Worker?
We now have a fantastic opportunity for a Communicator Guide (Community Support Worker) to join our team in Stourbridge.
This is a permanent role, working 10 hours per week. For Communicator Guide (Community Support Worker) role, you will receive £10.75 per hour.
This is a fun and rewarding opportunity to support a person with acquired sight and hearing loss (dual-sensory loss) to access the community for social and leisure purposes.
As a Communicator Guide, you will be supporting the person to participate in activities they enjoy and have meaningful experiences. You will support them to make their own choices of how they want to spend their day, but a typical day in this role might be spent:
Going shopping
Leisurely walks in the countryside
Visiting pub lunches/garden centres/going to the cafe
Attending appointments
The role available is 6-hour shift on a Tuesday and 4-hour shift on a Friday. The precise working hours are flexible, and can be mutually agreed with the individual.

To provide a customised, responsive and high quality service to people with multiple sensory impairments, physical and/or learning disabilities who use Sense services.

**Your required skills and experiences**:
You require a full UK license and must be willing to drive. Business insurance essential.
