**Receptionist (RockReef and PierZip)**

Reception experience is preferred but not essential.

Zero Hour Contract - Variable working hours available. Must be available evenings, weekends and holidays.

Salary - Variable depending on age.

As a receptionist you will be a first port of call for our customers, providing a warm and friendly welcome.

**Main duties and responsibilities**
- Greeting of guests in a pleasant and welcoming manner
- Giving advice on products
- Taking bookings face to face, or over the telephone
- Receiving payments
- Performing basic clerical duties and administration tasks as needed
- Cash handling and Till reconciliation

**Customer Service**
- Ensure a high standard of customer service
- To do everything within reason to minimise customer complaints and maximise customer enjoyment

**Other**
- To assist with marketing as required
- To read and comply with the company staff handbook

Person Specification
- Good command of the English language
- Work well with children
- Weekend availability
- Organisational skills
- Ability to work under pressure at busy times and deal with difficult customers
- Strong written and oral communication skills
