Eco Fitters

Overview:
We are seeking skilled and experienced ECO Fitters to join a team or start as an existing team. As a Fitter, you will be responsible for installing internal wall insulation, Loft insulation and Room in roof insulation. This is a role that requires knowlede of the ECO industry for experienced boarders and Plasterers.

**Responsibilities**:

- Read and interpret technical drawings
- Measure, cut, and shape materials to precise specifications
- Collaborate with other team members to complete projects efficiently
- Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean work environment

**Experience**:

- Previous experience as a Fitter in Eco or in a similar role
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Ability to work independently or as part of a team
- Strong leadership and supervisory skills are desirable
- Good communication skills with the ability to provide excellent customer service

Pay: From £40,000.00 per year
