Eurocell are a stock market listed Plc and the market leader for uPVC products within the building industry. We know that our people are our greatest asset, and we are delighted to be growing our team further as we have a requirement for a Recycling Operatives based at our recycling site in Ilkeston.

At the forefront of PVC-U waste recycling for more than 15 years. With our advanced closed-loop recycling system, old PVC-U and off-cuts from fabrication processes are not just recycled but turned back into brand new extruded plastic products - all at the same site. So, we keep PVC-U out of landfill sites and in productive use for potentially hundreds of years. You will be proactively maintaining the site and overseeing the overall duties and responsibilities.

**WHAT OUR RECYCLING OPERATIVES DO**:

- Responsible for the performance of the separation machine
- Remove any foreign objects before processing, metal for example
- Break up recyclable PVC-U using a hammer mill
- Pick individual materials off the sorting conveyor as directed
- Maintaining a high level of quality, being proactive with the systems and Machinery
- Working at fast past pace and can work an entire shift standing
- Keeping work area clean and tidy
- Working as part of a team
- Adhere to all health and safety guidelines
- Ensuring that your place of work is safe and tidy
- Full Training will be provided

**WHAT WE NEED FROM OUR RECYCLING OPERATIVES**:

- Experience within the Recycling industry (Desirable)
- counterbalance license (Desirable)
- Strong work ethic and able to work within a team
- Working within a fast-paced environment
- The role is quite manual, although not strenuous, you must be physically fit
