BCS Midlands are a professional Building Contractor based in Staffordshire and provide construction services throughout all sectors.

BCS Midlands work extensively within the public sector. We work with residential,Industrial,Commercial,Educational,Health.

Some of the services we provide are extensions, new builds, building offices and canteens, refurbishments and maintenance.

Due to growth we require full time general builders to join our friendly team.

The following is not an exclusive or exhaustive description of the role. Other duties may be requested of the employee is its believed that hey are capable of performing the given task competently and safely

Applicants will ideally have some of the following competencies
- Practically minded with hands on experience.
- Enthusiasm, ambition and a 'can do' attitude.
- Physically fit - manual lifting
- A Full clean driving licence.
- Prepared to work both indoors and out.
- Have a flexible approach to hours of work and working durations
- An appreciation that punctuality and achieving deadlines is of the upmost importance
- Have a very tidy working disposition and an eye for presentational detail.
- Have an appreciation and understand the importance of Healthy and Safety in the workplace.
- Able to work within a team or alone
- A Continuous desire for both self and company improvement
- Exemplary time keeping

Hours of work
- Flexible approach to hours of work
- Hours worked will be between 40-48hours per week Monday-Friday. Some weekend work may be required.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: £10.00-£14.00 per hour

- 8 hour shift

Licence/Certification:

- Up to date DBS Check (preferred)
