Head of Estates

The School is undertaking a significant building and development programme as part of its site-wide masterplan. The first phase was completed in 2017 with a new drama studio, a new building on the main site and a new sports pavilion at the playing fields. Planningpermission has been granted for the next phases that include two new buildings and a series of modifications and improvements to existing buildings (some have listed status). Progress is well underway with these phases. This is therefore an exciting time foran experienced Head of Estates to play a key role in the delivery of the next phase of works as well as being responsible for the day-to-day smooth running of the school site.
The Head of Estates is a key leadership position responsible for defining and executing the building management strategy. You will develop key strategies to create a culture of service excellence. This an autonomous post that will ensure successful and compliantdelivery of all FM services through the School’s facilities and operational contracts and consultant frameworks.
