**About the team**

The Executive Assistant (EA) Center of Excellence (CoE) is part of the People Office (TPO) at FIS. It is divided into three divisions.

1) Banking Solutions, CTO and Performance offices - EA support to SVP +

2) Capital Markets, Platform and Corporate Services - EA support to SVP +

3) **Shared Services - Travel and Expense Administrative Assistant support to VP**

The Shared Services T&E Team perform on-line ticketing and various administrative duties including arranging travel, and expense reporting to over 500 global VPs via internal and external systems.

**What you will be doing**
- Arrange and coordinate business travel for executives in the EMEA global region.
- Submit expense reports for executives.
- Utilize ServiceNow to generate tickets and track workflow.
- Update ticketing queue(s) with status changes.
- Document and follow organizational policies and department procedures to complete tasks in a timely manner.
- Be a self-starter and responsible for time management in a remote work environment.

**What you bring**:

- Excellent knowledge of administrative practices and procedures. Ability to manage sensitive, complex, confidential information whilst utilising great Customer Service skills.
- Excellent, professional communication and interpersonal skills. Professional appearance and presentation.
- Attention to detail in making travel arrangements and maintaining forms, records, etc.
- Ability to prioritize, monitor, follow-through, and problem solve on multiple activities at once.
- Thorough knowledge and use of computers and any associated software, e.g., Microsoft Outlook, MS Teams, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.
- Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with employees and clients.

**Added bonus if you have**:

- Administrative Assisting experience
- University degree
- Prior Customer Service, Travel and / or Expense Reporting experience
