Head of Coaching

The Head of Coaching at Full of Beans Fitness & Sports Coaching is a hybrid role, working from home and also within our partner schools. You will need to be on hand to cover staff sickness on occasion.

Main areas of responsibility include managing, mentoring and developing staff. Operational management and development of QA standards.

You will need to be a people person, whether it's children, teachers, parents or headteachers. You will be extremely hard working and committed to personal growth as well as ambition to drive and grow the business.

This role would be perfect for a PE teacher or a teacher with experience of PE or an experienced sports coach who has been delivering PE for some time. You will be great with technology as we move forward to improve communications with the team.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Freelance

**Salary**: £430.00-£480.00 per week
