We're looking for an apprentice sheet metal fabricator to join our growing team in Pitmedden

Are you a school leaver - or looking for a new opportunity ? Do you like DIY, working with your hands, have an eye for detail and would like to get into engineering ?

Gilmar Engineering has a long history in sheet metal fabrication, welding and machining. We have a wide range of clients in different markets - which means the work is varied and interesting.

With a combination of day release college course and learning from our experienced team - you would work towards a formal qualification and gain skills which would set you up for a career in engineering.

Learn shop safety - how to operation hand tools and large equipment such as guillotine / press brake / rollers etc. Learn how to read drawings and follow instructions - cut and shape metal, weld in mig / tig etc.

reliability and good time keeping are essential.

**Job Type**: Apprenticeship

**Salary**: From £15,000.00 per year

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday
