Syenti is offering a full-time position for a Menswear Fashion Designer to join our team in Doncaster, South Yorkshire.

We are looking for a creative individual with a unique perspective and a cool, approachable aesthetic. In this role, you will design and execute menswear collections from concept to sampling, translating ideas into technical CAD drawings and tech-packs. Your contributions will shape our product designs, and you'll have the opportunity to infuse your own ideas and creativity into our ranges.

This role requires creativity, conceptual thinking, problem-solving skills, and technical knowledge in garment construction. A strong vision and expertise in graphic design for fashion are essential.

**What You Will Do**
- Create technical product specs across product categories in Menswear
- Pro-actively shape the collection with product design ideas, technical solutions, trend research, etc.
- Communicate ideas through illustrations and technical drawings
- Create consistency and brand identity together with senior team
- Work collaborative with others, especially with marketing and social team
- Create collection overviews, contribute to seasonal themes, mood boards and research
- Take part in planning and executing marketing campaigns via graphics, themes, mood boards and research

**Are you the one?**

As our designer you bring working experience in menswear and/or womenswear clothing. As a person you are organised, communicative and thrive working with our team. We see you with most of the following:

- Efficient in Adobe illustrator & Photoshop. Additional software skills, e.g. Clo3D & Procreate is a plus
- Ability to clearly complete technical specs fast, detailed and consistent
- Have a strong sense of market trends
- Good sense for quality and experience with fabrics and high level of attention to detail
