Menopause Practitioner

Job Title: Menopause Practitioner / Women's Health

**Duties**:

- Conduct individual coaching sessions with clients to assess their physical health needs and develop treatment plans
- Develop group based workshops and coaching sessions for clients to educate them about menopause or women's health
- Provide evidence-based therapeutic interventions to clients, utilising various modalities the therapist is trained in
- Collaborate with clients to set goals and monitor progress towards achieving them
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date client records, including treatment plans, progress notes, and assessments
- Participate in case conferences and team meetings to discuss client progress and coordinate care
- Stay informed about current research and best practices in the field of women's health to enhance clinical skills
- Adhere to ethical guidelines and professional standards in all aspects of women's healthcare practice

**Skills**:

- Relevant qualification in Menopause coaching or women's healthcare.
- Must hold own professional indemnity insurance. Relevant membership of professional body.
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to establish rapport with clients
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Ability to work effectively in a busy gym based environment
- Knowledge of evidence-based therapeutic techniques and interventions
- Experience working with diverse populations and cultural sensitivity
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and adhere to ethical guidelines
