District Assistant

Connect2Kent are currently seeking for a District Assistant to join an on-going temporary assignment for Kent County Council Education and Young People Service.
- Based in Gravesend/Ashford/Whitstable/Maidstone
- £11.30 per hour
- Monday-Friday 9am-5pm
- Remote

**Job Purpose**

To administer all routine aspects of the statutory assessment process within a defined District. To be the first point of contact for parents, young people and other stakeholders or members of the public which will require working with Children and YoungPeople from the age of 0 to 25 years.

- **EXPERIENCE WORKING WITH ECHP PLANS**:

- Experience working with parents and education providers
- Problem solving

**Skills**
- To be confident on using various IT equipment
- Great communication skills
- Good time management
- Ability to work under pressure
- Using own initiative
