We are seeking 2 reliable and hardworking Groundworkers to join our team. We are looking to fill 2 positions. 1 as a skilled groundworker and machine operator, and 1 as a more labouring role with the possibility to grow within our business. As a Groundworker, you will be responsible for assisting with various tasks related to construction and maintenance projects. This is a physically demanding role that requires attention to detail and the ability to work effectively in a team environment.

- Assist with the preparation of construction sites by clearing debris and other materials
- Dig trenches, lay pipes, and install drainage systems
- Operate machinery such as excavators, loaders, compactors
- Assist with the installation of fences, gates, and other structures
- Perform general maintenance tasks such as repairing sidewalks and patching asphalt and concrete.
- Follow safety guidelines and protocols to ensure a safe working environment
- Collaborate with team members to complete projects in a timely manner

**Salary**: £13.00-£18.00 per hour

Expected hours: 42.5 per week
