**HR assistant/ Coordinator role available in Wantage**

This is an exciting opportunity for a HR assistant to join a close-knit team based in Wantage, Oxfordshire. The role will assist the Finance Director to ensure smooth running of all human resources and administrative operations.
This is a fantastic opportunity for someone looking for a full-time administrative position, the role is Monday to Friday and would also consider applicants on a 30hr week.

The HR Assistant will be responsible for the following:

- Take an active role in recruitment
- Payroll administration
- Create employee letters and correspondents
- Responsible for all onboarding and inductions
- Be the first point of contact for HR
- Organising employee events
- Managing the employee benefit schemes
- Maintaining employee records
- Organise internal and external training activities
- To be cross trained in Finance administration
- Any other duty relevant to the role.
