**KEY RESPONSIBILITIES**:
Supports Programme Management team in the following areas; conducts research and analyzes of data from multiple sources. Provides strategic support, logistics and facilitation of meetings/events, travel and expense support. Develops and maintains project schedules and budgets. Monitors and tracks execution of the plan and communicates status to all project participants. Develops and deploys localized training content. Provides administrative support to the programme management team as required. Supports the collation of weekly program status reports and supports administration of risks, issues and opportunity updates.

**SKILLS/EXPERIENCE**:
Good understanding of business operations, processes and procedures, is required

Qualification in Project Management or equivalent would be useful

A technical background, ideally within the aerospace industry would be useful
Minimum 5 years of applicable experience required
Experience in MS Project would be useful

Experience in SAP Concur is preferred
Able to work independently and without high levels of supervision (self-motivated) is needed

**QUALIFICATIONS**:
Minimum BS Degree or at least 5 years' experience in business administration, or another related discipline
