The Company

An opportunity has arisen to join a friendly and well-established Building Services Company as an Administrator, whereby you will play a vital role in supporting the day-to-day running of the business. This role is suitable for an ambitious individual whois looking to expand their administration skills and develop their Health & Safety knowledge.

What you'll do
- Producing and distributing invoices
- Health & Safety administration, involvement with audits
- Ensuring Health & Safety policy adhered to
- Updating training matrix / sub-contractor matrix
- Vehicle maintenance and scheduling
- Stock control of Engineer uniforms / office stationery & supplies
- Organising travel and accommodation
- Dealing with incoming calls / Reception / outgoing post
- Full support to Office Manager / PA.

What you'll need
- Excellent organisational skills
- Good time-management and ability to prioritse workload
- Effective communicator / good telephone skills
- Proactive with good attention to
- Team player / delivering results with deadlines
- Previous experience in all aspects of administration including paper management skills.
- Co-ordinating office activities and operations to secure efficiency and compliance to company policies
- Good Microsoft/Excel skills.
