Senior Children's Residential Support Worker

We are looking for a passionate, dynamic and committed Senior Children's Residential Support Worker to head up our existing fantastic team of caring individuals who provide 24 hour specialist care and support to our young people.
We have a proven track record of providing young people with a safe, warm and nurturing environment which we have created across our residential homes, this is due to the fantastic work our current team do on a daily basis due to their passion for the role, we require a natural leader who has strong organisational skills.
At our new 2 bedded home based in Greater Manchester for young people aged 7-18 with learning disabilities, Autism and complex needs, we follow a therapeutic approach to make sure our young people feel happy and settled during their time with us.
Working alongside the Registered and Deputy Manager, you will be responsible for leading from the front, organising the small team of staff ensuring all policies and procedures are adhered to, all care plans are up to date and liaising with health officials regarding the young person's care plans and ensuring all paperwork in completed correctly.
Shifts will be rota based and will include early, late and sleep shifts (up to 10 per month) rotas will be issued at least 4 weeks in advance to give you the perfect work/life balance and plenty of time off in between to feel refreshed and energised during shifts.
Starting salary for the position is £35,364 up to £37,392 (dependant on experience/qualifications)
