As an Admissions and Guest Services Host you will be the face of the resort, being one of the first and last team members our guests interact with at the beginning and the end of their day out on the Theme Park. You will be to helping guests have a smooth, efficient, and memorable entry and exit through our turnstiles.

You are expected to be role models on delivering exceptional guest interactions whilst

Operating till systems
Selling tickets and Annual Passes
Helping guests at the turnstiles and ticket points
Looking after our VIP guests and our Annual Pass Holders
Sharing your Park Knowledge to answer queries from our guests

No experience is necessary as full training is provided but a passion for customer service, sales, and a great attitude towards learning new things is a must
- Be comfortable working outside in all weather conditions
- Display confidence in supervising the public
- Possess an ability to work independently and as part of a larger team and enjoy sharing a passion for giving a great guest experience

This is a seasonal position that requires you to be available to work weekends, during school holiday periods as well as bank holidays.

Hours will be rostered in advance. Flexibility is also required from you to meet peak and off-peak demands of our opening.

You will need to be over 17 for this role
