**Key responsibilities include**: providing day to day support for the Director, such as diary management, preparation of meeting papers and other secretarial duties. Supporting the overall team with key administration tasks is also integral to the role Supporting events and wider communications.The successful applicant will also contribute along with other team members to the Welsh NHS Confederations overall programme of work. About you If you have these skills, we would love to hear from you: Strong organisational and administrative capability with attention to detail; Excellent written and verbal communication competence with the ability to communicate with senior managers; Recent experience of office management systems and procedures, such as CRM, in a small team: Ability to build and maintain effective relationships with colleagues at different levels in different organisations; A responsive, flexible attitude with the ability to use own initiative and manage priorities often in a fast-moving environment.
