We are looking for a Yard Operative for works in Greater London_**

**What you will be doing**
- Carrying out yard tasks in a safe and timely manner, ensuring accuracy of the work conducted and working in compliance with health and safety requirements.
- Painting new materials ready for release and counting in materials from site.
- Assisting with the loading of vehicles in a safe manner with consideration for other yard users.
- Checking returned equipment, ensuring all faulty equipment is segregated.
- Ensuring that stock is correctly counted and the correct product code is used.
- Highlighting areas of concern with management regarding stock, equipment and safety.
- Ensuring the safeguarding of equipment and materials.
- Assisting in maintaining a secure and tidy yard.

**What to bring with you**
- Forklift licence would be advantageous but not essential.
- Reliability, self-discipline and commitment to quality and procedures.
- Passion and enthusiasm for the industry.
- A positive and helpful attitude.
