TREAT-NMD have a great opportunity for an experienced administrator who can flourish and develop their skills within our growing team. TREAT-NMD is a small not-for-profit organisation working with a global network of stakeholders to help accelerate the development of treatments within the neuromuscular field, ensuring the most promising ones reach patients as quickly as possible. We help facilitate this via educational masterclasses aimed at healthcare professionals, providing anonymised data to support researchers and pharmaceutical companies and we provide guidance on the translation and development path of drug development programs, to name but a few of our key support services.

**The Role**

TREAT-NMD are looking for an ambitious individual to provide effective administration and coordination of educational activities as directed by the Education Management Team to enable the smooth running of TREAT-NMD programmes, including the TREAT-NMD Conference and both online and in-person Educational Masterclasses.

**Main Duties and Responsibilities**
- Support Education Management with the sourcing and procurement of event speakers, international venues, hotel accommodation, catering requirements and ensuring all contracts/agreements are reviewed and signed by relevant parties.
- Coordinating the collation of educational materials and participation payment forms from international speakers supporting, where relevant, the translation of resources.
- Effectively manage the education team mailbox, answering general queries about educational events and resources, endorsement services, event expenses and delegate enquiries.
- Coordinating the travel, flights, hotel accommodation arrangements for staff, event speakers and event delegates at masterclasses and conferences.
- Proactively coordinate meetings (both ‘virtual’ and ‘in person’) for Education Management/ external project stakeholders, education related steering committees and preparing meeting agendas, recording minutes, and ensuring key actions from meetings are carried out in a timely manner
- Supporting the implementation of digital event apps and technologies across in-person and virtual masterclasses/events (Whova, Teams, Zoom) by developing digital agendas, registering delegates, adding digital polls, monitoring chat boxes and Q&A sessions, implementing break out rooms, coordinating translation channels
- Assist in the development and review of Education Team presentations and wider communications
- Communicate with a wide range of stakeholders and other professionals both nationally and internationally and provide reliable information, where necessary
- Coordinate the invoicing and payment of all educational activities and expenses with finance
- Maintain the administration of the Education Team’s digital CRM and e-learning systems as required

**Essential Skills & Qualifications**
- Educated to A-Level or equivalent relevant experience
- 3+ years' experience in a varied administrative role
- Proficient in the use of Microsoft SharePoint, Word, Excel, Outlook, Teams & Zoom
- Self-motivated with the ability to prioritise own workload and work independently
- Knowledge of maintaining and tracking organisational plans, actions, project plans, meeting minutes & reports etc.
- Strives to deliver positive customer experiences
- Ability to systematically prioritise key tasks & work flexibly to meet deadlines and to manage conflicting priorities
- Experience in event coordination would advantageous but not essential
