The University of Bedfordshire Business School is at the forefront of expanding opportunity and access in higher education. Following significant growth, we are currently developing an ambitious programme of strategic change in the faculty and require colleagues to join our Faculties within Leadership and Management

As part of a wider University initiative we are now seeking to recruit a team of Academic Success Tutors. Within the faculty you will be working within a cross portfolio team and with faculty colleagues responsible for managing courses and units. This is your opportunity to make a real difference to student continuation and completion outcomes working to support both individual and groups of students who require additional support. We are particularly interested in individuals who have experience of personal tutoring and using data to identify students at risk.
