Jane Tomlinson’s Run for All is one of the UK’s biggest not-for-profit sporting event companies, staging a large number of high-profile mass participation events across the UK including the Leeds, York & Sheffield 10K’s, Leeds Half Marathon, Sheffield Half Marathon and The Yorkshire Marathon.

As our event season begins we are looking for someone who can hit the ground running from day one bringing a fresh outlook and ideas for developing the Run For All brand.

Excellent communication skills are essential to this role to ensure the successful collaboration of the team. You will be responsible for conceptualizing creative designs for a wide array of media to fit the needs of internal teams and external partners

To be considered for this role you will need to own a car and have a full clean driving licence due to the location of events and requirements to travel. You should expect to work a number of weekends and occasionally, out of hours, especially throughout the event season. (March to October)

Apart from technical skills, you will need to show:
**Attributes**
- Passion and enthusiasm for design, with a creative flair

- Excellent communication skills to interpret and negotiate briefs with clients
- Good presentation skills and the confidence to explain and sell ideas to clients and colleagues
- Time management skills and the ability to cope with several projects at a time
- Accuracy and attention to detail when finalising designs
- Being open to feedback and willing to make changes to your designs
- Effective networking skills to build contacts.

**Responsibilities**
- Working with the Head of Marketing Operations to discuss the business objectives and requirements of the job
- Work as brand guardian, maintaining consistency and quality to ensure all branding is working within corporate identity and brand guidelines across our event and with partners
- Thinking creatively to produce new ideas and concepts and developing interactive design
- Demonstrating illustrative skills with rough sketches and working on layouts ready for print
- Proofreading to produce accurate and high-quality work
- Provide print-ready artwork
- Produce creative and engaging content for social media, runner and volunteer comms

**Skills**
- 3+ years’ experience in a similar role
- Understanding of Creative Packages e.g. Photoshop, Illustrator etc
- Understanding of design, illustration, photography and motion design
- Organisational skills and the ability to be able to manage your own time and deadlines
- A strong portfolio of creative and illustrative work
- Ability to interpret business objectives and produce desired results
- Excellent communication skills

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: £25,000.00-£30,000.00 per year
