Our client is a successful and well-established manufacturer, they are currently looking for a UK & IRE Fulfilment Planner. This is a cross functional role reporting to the BU North Fulfilment Manager, working on the flow of materials across the European Supply Chain.

An experienced supply planner with a strong track record of developing and supporting supply chain strategies to optimize inventory levels and improve delivery performance. Proficient in demand planning understanding & inventory control management. Skilled in using data analysis and supply chain tools to drive business decisions.

The primary objective of the National Fulfilment Planner is the management of the flow of goods whilst maintaining the stock availability metric within the UK & Ireland markets. Also, a requirement to supply goods to distribution centers/plants outside of the UK & Ireland markets across the European network.

You will build strong relationships to ensure cooperation with the other fulfilment planners to ensure good availability of ICT finished goods across all Business Units.

**Responsibilities**:

- Responsible for UK & Ireland Supply Chain Metrics: Stock Availability, Customer OTIF (On Time in Full), Stock Days (DOI)
- Drive continuous improvement in OTIF within UK & Ireland markets
- Follow up on weekly consumption of ICT goods in UK & Ireland and react accordingly, contacting demand manager and counterparts in other territories
- Cooperate with demand manager to set up right forecast for ICT purchase goods
- Weekly review on stock value/days for ICT goods
- Development of knowledge to maintain relevant SAP master data
- Continues improvement in reporting (R/3, BO, Every Angle)
- Responsible for stock availability in both directions (in/out)
- Follow up with other fulfilment planners on resolving supply issues in ICT network
- Informing customer service on specific delivery dates of ICT goods
- Support with IBP process - Input on ICT purchases (known constraints in supply part, changes in products, demand)
- Continuous improvement of MRP parameters for UK & Ireland
- Manage obsolete goods, trying to cooperate to find a place of consumption in other territories

Applicant Requirements:

- University graduate, Degree educated in a relevant business discipline
- Experience in a similar role
- Systems knowledge with excellent understanding of SAP R/3, APO SNP
- Knowledge and experience of Reporting & Analytics: SAP BW / BO, MS Office
- Practical knowledge in purchasing, procurement or planning processes
