**Sales and Recruitment Officer x 2**

Full Time | Permanent | **£29,597 - £31,343** per annum

The Employer Solutions Team are recruiting for 2 new team members to join their driven and thriving team.

**This role is a non-commissioned based salary.**

**You must have**:

- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- The ability to meet targets and deadlines while working accurately, with attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and organise and prioritise own work schedule.
- Strong IT Skills.

**Your main responsibilities**:

- To engage with employers to recruit apprenticeship placements.
- To be responsible for the communication with key employers, managing requests for training and support.
- To ensure the employer is able to provide a meaningful Apprenticeship placement.
- Overseeing the on boarding process for apprentices through the sign up period.
