We are seeking a committed, self-motivated person to join our Minor Works Team within the Property Division, you will form part of a multi
- disciplinary team of Building, Mechanical and Electrical Inspectors dealing with Minor Refurbishment Projects.

We have an annual budget in the region of £10m to undertake schemes to the authorities non-Housing stock.

You will need a basic knowledge of Welsh. Reasonable support can be provided on appointment to reach this level.
