Sales Support Administrator

As internal sales administrator / Telesales you will provide administration support to the field sales team whilst managing a range of customer-related enquires throughout the day. This is a newly created role and a chance to make your mark in a fast paced business who supplies materials and equipment within the engineering sector.
- Develop close working relationships with new and existing clients
- Initiating sales with potential customers over the phone.
- Process purchase orders from sales reps and forward to despatch team
- Update customer records
- Assist customers with queries about orders and deliveries.
- Maintain the accuracy of the CRM system.
**Required Criteria**
- Excellent relationship management skills and communicator
- An ability to work independently and as a team
- Strong MS Office skills
- Adaptable with an interest in developing the role
