**Role**

You will report to a supportive and experienced Operations Manager working in a friendly and established team. This is truly a superb opportunity for someone who is looking for a new challenge in an operations environment with delivering a 1st class serviceto their customers

Here is an overview of some of the key duties:

- Processing incoming drivers on a daily basis
- Logging driver & vehicle details
- Liaising with drivers to adhere to site H&S requirements
- Acting as first point of contact relating to vehicles, drivers and deliveries
- Processes all relevant compliance and H&S paperwork on a daily basis
- Manage sub-contractors and relationships
- Assisting with maintaining internal paperwork for pricing and service level agreements
- Maintain relationships with internal and external stakeholders

**Experience**

You ideally with have experience in transport, logistics or a service led environment.

Ability to multitask with a proactive approach to provide solutions with strong communication skills

Attention to detail with the ability to accurately input data and spot errors
