E-rostering Lead

To be the lead for co-ordinating the successful implementation of the e-Rostering system Trust-wide

To assist the People & OD Directorate in ensuring successful management of change resulting from the implementation of an e Rostering system and process related to the system change

The post holder will provide line management of the e -Rostering team

In pursuing these duties the post holder will ensure compliance with the NHS Constitution and be familiar with the NHS England Guidance ‘Understanding the new NHS’.
