Housekeeper/cleaner

Job Title: Holiday Let Housekeeper / Cleaner

**Responsibilities**:

- Perform general cleaning duties to maintain cleanliness and tidiness of 1 bed modern flat to high standard.
- Sweep, mop, and vacuum floors
- Dust and wipe down surfaces
- Clean and sanitize restrooms
- Empty trash receptacles and replace liners
- Refill and restock supplies as needed
- Follow established cleaning procedures and safety guidelines
- Report any maintenance or repair issues to the supervisor

**Experience**:

- Previous experience in cleaning or janitorial work preferred but not required
- Ability to work independently
- Strong attention to detail and thoroughness in completing tasks
- Good time management skills to ensure efficient completion of flat Turnaround
- Physical stamina to handle repetitive tasks and standing for extended periods of time

We are looking for someone who is happy to turn around our holiday home 1 bed flat, which can be very busy with same day turn arounds in summer peak season, and the slower over offpeak months. Linen will also need to be washed or taken to lauderette lady.

Training will be given as flat must be left in 'show room condition'

**Salary**: £12.00-£15.00 per hour
