Our client is an established asbestos consultancy, who delivers professional asbestos services to national clients. They are actively seeking a self-motivated and committed Asbestos Site Analyst based in and around the Dartford area. Applications willbe considered from Basildon, Ilford, Chelmsford, and the surrounding areas. They are looking for an individual who holds the P403/4 asbestos qualifications and has hands on experience in carrying out a wide range of asbestos air-monitoring duties to a mixedportfolio of sites.
Qualifications & Experience:
Will have attained the P403 and P404 asbestos certificates or the equivalent RSPH qualifications.
Experience working as an asbestos analyst within the asbestos industry.
Confident in under-taking a wide range of asbestos air monitoring duties to a missed portfolio of sites.
Must have excellent communication skills both written and verbal.
Be proficient in using the Microsoft Office Package.
Role Will Encompass:
Carry out asbestos 4 stage clearance, smoke, background, leak reassurance, visual, re-occupation and personal air testing.
Overseeing contractors on site and ensuring that they adhere with the Health and Safety procedures with regards to asbestos.
Carrying out site audits.
Building and maintaining a good rapport with the clients.
Producing comprehensive reports as and when required.
