**What you'll do**

Are you pro-active, highly motivated, professional and friendly?

Our team has an exciting opportunity for you to join our empty homes team as semi-skilled labourer where you'll be working around Yeovil area.

You'll join our busy frontline team to make sure our customers continue to receive a service second to none - and we need you

Main duties will include:

- Clear properties of furniture, rubbish and trade waste, carrying out soft landscaping tasks and from time to time some more substantial works.
- You should be able to work to relevant H&S legislation and provide evidence of previous experience in a similar role
- You will require a full driving Licence, be able to work 40 hours per week and be able to follow instructions from supervisors, as well as using your own initiative. You may also be asked to carry out occasional jobs outside of your skillset to help the team achieve targets
- You’ll have the confidence and assertiveness to engage with customers, sometimes managing difficult conversations, using your excellent people skills.
- Asbestos qualifications an advantage

No two days will be the same in this role so enthusiasm, a can-do attitude and a genuine passion for always wanting to go the extra mile will be essential working within the Yeovil and surrounding areas

You won’t have to worry about providing your own kit - we’ll provide you with your uniform, a van and PPE you need to let you crack on with what you do best. You'll require to cover Out of Hours Callouts on a rota basis so a clean driving license is a must
