Education Recruitment Consultant

Full Time Role

We are currently looking for talented individuals to join the SEN/support team in our central London office. You will be working in the heart of the world's financial district meaning that you will benefit from brilliant transport links, incredible culture/history and being surrounded by business minded people just like yourself

If successful, you will be looking after and providing staff to SEN schools in North London, and joining a vibrant team in a very successful company in the recruitment market.

We are looking for an individual that strives for success and is driven both financially and for personal development. We have a team here with decades of combined experience that can really help you grow as a consultant and be successful in the industry.You should ideally have a passion for education, but also be someone that understands that in a sales environment you only get out as much as you put in.

There is no requirement to be experienced within the sales or recruitment sector and we would be very keen to hear from people who are simply interested in the sales/ education and qualified teachers/ teaching assistants looking for a change. If you area teacher/support assistant or have knowledge of the education sector and have an interest in getting into recruitment, please get in touch. If you have the right drive/motivation along with resilience, I assure you that you will achieve great success

Additionally, we offer a variety of incentives throughout the year such as overseas trips, extra break time for exercise, breakfast delivered to the office regularly, dress-down Fridays, work from home Wednesdays, monthly company nights out (theatre, mealetc), plus a whole host of other incentives.
