Due to our continued growth, we are recruiting for a Training Coordinator to be located within the Engineering Training department. Within this job role, you will be responsible for maintaining Ryanair’s records management system for 3000+ staff.

The person will be responsible for ensuring the Training department:

- Responsible for the coordination of all line maintenance training programmes for Ryanair Group
- Assisting in the recruitment process for all programmes
- Responsible for monitoring, tracking and administering JAE licences andliaising with QA and licencing authorities where relevant for the issuance of a licence
- Responsible for providing licence updates/FAQs on any issues that training feel needs to be communicated to the trainees
- Ensure flight and HOTACC bookings are made for staff on trainee programme
- Responsible for ensuring final programme reports are written for successful trainees and issued to the production department in a timely manner
- Tracking of training programme performance
- Continuous improvement of basic level training programmes through feedback
- Coordinate eLearning enrolment for students to their designated training weeks
- Responsible for the planning of Instructors for all basic level training
- Assist with any other projects defined by Engineering Training LM Supervisor

**Requirements**:

- Degree or appropriate qualification related to Business Administration, Aviation or Events Management
- Previous experience in an administration and planning role, _desirable _
- A keen eye to detail and ability to escalate issues to the management team
- Ability to plan and work to deadlines laid out by the management teams
- Strong working knowledge of Office 365
- Be an effective communicator and interact with the team through all types of communication (verbal, face-to face, virtual)
- Applicants must be open minded, eager to learn new skills and bring new ideas to the team
- Must have a strong work ethic and show responsibility to their own work and completion in a timely manner
- Must be flexible and able to adapt to change quickly
- Ability to work under pressure to meet deadlines
- Ability to seek and find solutions and address them to the management team
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Must hold a valid UK or EU passport with pre-settled status and happy to travel where the business requires.
- Must hold a valid UK/EU Driving Licence
