Overview:
We are seeking a dynamic Shopkeeper to join our team in providing excellent customer service and maintaining the day-to-day operations of our store.

**Responsibilities**:

- Manage the shop floor, ensuring a welcoming and tidy environment for customers
- Assist customers with their purchases, providing product information and recommendations
- Process transactions accurately using the till system
- Monitor and replenish stock levels on shelves and displays
- Implement visual merchandising standards to showcase products effectively
- Engage in upselling techniques to maximise sales opportunities
- Answer phone calls and respond to customer queries with professionalism
- Maintain cleanliness and organisation in the shop area

Qualifications:

- Proficiency in English language, both written and spoken
- Strong communication skills to interact effectively with a diverse customer base
- Basic mathematical skills for handling transactions and managing inventory
- Multilingual abilities are advantageous
- Excellent organisational skills to manage stock levels and store layout efficiently

Pay: £35,000.00-£39,000.00 per year
