We are looking for a Head Bartender to join our team to continue to drive the business forward and bring new creativity & ideas to the bar. The role would require previous Bar/Pub experience along with cocktail knowledge and a strong personality for the role as its very customer-facing.

Key responsibilities;
- Maintain & update drinks lists for the venue
- Monitor & update prices, have their own ideas on how to grow margins
- Stock ordering & stock management
- Train & hire bar staff to work within the team

**Salary**: £10.50-£12.50 per hour

- 10 hour shift
