Job title: Process Lead

Location: Remote

Duration: 6 months initially

The role:
The project will introduce changes to project structures that are aligned with regulatory reporting requirements and will help ensure that the project structures set up are tailored to the specific requirements of the project. Amongst other scope items, the project will introduce improved data governance to improve the accuracy and reliability of the regulatory reports.

**Responsibilities**:

- To understand the high-level processes, roles and organisation, functional and data solution developed for the Functional Design
- To understand the controls (RACM) requirements and organisational context
- To develop draft proposal Processes and Standard Operating Procedures for the scope areas, that underpin the functional design; to run Process and SOP refinement workshops with key project team members and Regulation, Finance and Electricity Transmission (ET) business stakeholders.
- To document Processes and SOPs to the clients defined standards, using standard toolsets (Blueworks for Processes)
- To refine secure approval for those Process and SOP artefacts
- To validate Processes and SOPS through User Acceptance Test scoping, scripting and execution

**Requirements**:

- Extensive experience of developing and documenting Processes and Standard Operating Procedures for Project Management Systems and Management Accounting Systems,
- Practical experience of project lifecycle processes in a capital infrastructure build environment, preferably in Utilities.
- Strong evidence of incorporation Risk and Controls assessments into Process and SOP design
- This role will require excellent analytical skills and attention to detail; it will require demonstrable experience of running successful Process and SOP information gathering and validation workshops; it will require strong communication skills - verbal, presentational and written.
- Evidence of confident active participation in Design workshops and inspiring confidence
- The role will require the selected person to have significant exposure to SAP including SAP's Project Systems module and Business Intelligence; ideally also, to SAP's Financial Accounting, Asset Management Modules
- Being able to work collaboratively with various other team members in a dynamic development landscape.
- Proven experience of translating business requirements into effective solutions in a complex business environment.
- Strong analytical skills, including a thorough understanding of how to interpret customer business needs and translate them into requirements
- Strong evidence of ability to work to deadlines
