We are currently recruiting for a Head of PMO to join our UK team. The role is a hybrid position with occasional travel required to London or Woking.

Our Operations Programme Management Office (PMO) will be responsible for the setup, monitoring and tracking of multiple workstreams across Client Delivery, Data Relationships Management, Data Operations and Customer Support.

As the Head of PMO, you will be working closely with our COO and the Operations Leadership team for formulating, executing and monitoring key processes that govern how we deliver client projects, data integration programmes and change in general.

The PMO is at the heart of how we deliver high-quality client experiences from post-sales to go-live across our global client base and for significantly improving our KPIs in collaboration with our C-suite.

**Your key responsibilities as Head of PMO will be to**:

- Create the frameworks, governance, and tooling to ensure all Project documentation is tracked and maintained throughout the life of the project, including (but not limited to) Project PLans, RAID/Action Logs, Project Documentation or BAU Handover Documentation
- Lead PMO reporting and prioritisation process
- Maintaining action logs and communication to inform the project team and clients of the decisions made and actions
- Track and measure project performance using appropriate systems, tools and techniques
- Reviewing resource utilisation and further resource requirements to achieve project completion
- Working with the COO, ensuring effective knowledge management and communications to key stakeholders on the overall Transformation programme and individual project reporting
- Drive continuous improvement of project processes and documentation

**To join us as Head of PMO you will need the following experience and skills**:

- You must have extensive experience in the setup and running of PMOs
- You must have strong personal engagement skills, with the ability to influence, persuade and gain trust and credibility with both clients and colleagues across the company
- You must have excellent organisational and project management skills
- You must have excellent written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to understand and synthesise complex information
- You will be able to adapt different methodologies to a common company framework
- You will ideally have experience working in a consulting firm
- You will ideally have experience in the fintech/financial services industry or in data-centric B2B businesses
- You will ideally hold a project certification such as Prince2, Agile, or equivalent
