Hire Desk Controller

**Broughton Plant Hire & Sales are looking to recruit a full-time permanent Hire Desk Controller, to help our busy and fast paced tool hire depot providing very high standards of customer services.**

**Key responsibilities**:

- **Ensure accurate order processing with all hires and off hires**
- **Dealing with any customer queries**
- **Liaise with drivers where necessary to ensure equipment is delivered and collected from customers on time and efficiently**

**Key knowledge, skills, and experience**
- **Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal**
- **Experience of working in a fast paced operational structure is desirable.**
- **Excellent customer services skills and telephone manner.**
- **Demonstrate commercial awareness**
- **Ability to work under pressure and using your initiative**
