**Psychology Teaching Assistant**

**Location**: Oldham

**Working Hours**: Monday to Friday, 8:30 am - 3:30 pm

Are you passionate about psychology and committed to making a positive impact on the lives of students with special educational needs? If so, we invite you to join our dedicated team as a Psychology Teaching Assistant at our special educational needs school in Oldham.

Our school is a nurturing and inclusive special educational needs school dedicated to providing a supportive learning environment for students with diverse needs. We are seeking a Teaching Assistant who shares our commitment to empowering students and supporting their unique learning journeys.

As a Teaching Assistant at a special educational needs school you will work closely with the special educational needs team to enhance the learning experience for our students. Your role will involve providing tailored support to individuals or small groups, fostering a positive and inclusive atmosphere, and contributing to the development of engaging learning activities.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Provide one-on-one or small group support to students with diverse needs.
- Assist in the creation of a positive and inclusive learning environment.
- Support the development and implementation of personalized learning plans.
- Contribute to the assessment and tracking of student progress.
- Work collaboratively with teachers, therapists, and support staff to address individual student needs.

**Requirements**:

- A strong commitment to supporting students with special educational needs.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to adapt teaching strategies to meet individual learning needs.
- Previous experience in a special educational needs setting is advantageous.

**Salary**: £85.00-£95.00 per day
