**Position**: Production Operative
- **Salary**: £10.70ph - £13.05ph
- **Location**: Horsham
- **Hours**: Monday to Friday 6am -2.15pm or 2pm - 10.15pm

The position is based in the Warehouse and requires the individual to work in accordance with documented
procedures / standards in order to complete duties within the allotted timescales and to customer specification.
This is a fast paced position that constantly requires a high volume of productivity and accuracy. The industry
sector demands strict quality, product integrity and high levels of accuracy. This can involve working in cold areas operating at temperatures of 2 to 8 degrees and applicants need to be able to work in this environment.

**Responsibilities**
- Work safely and maintain a safe working environment
- Goods In duties - Receive and inspect all incoming goods, evaluate all documentation and input into relevant systems.
- Move and handle all items in accordance with regulations.
- Goods Out duties - Liaise with courier companies.
- Picking activity - Picking GPM orders from documentation ensuring that the correct items are picked using RFI guns and handling item with care and attention
- Packing activity - Packing GPM distribution orders to meet the criteria of the required regulations and order documentation
- Effectively communicate with other departments.
- Follow all Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) at all times, highlighting any issues or deviations immediately.
- Undertake any other duties on an ad-hoc basis as required by the Line Manager.

**Minimum Qualifications**:

- Able to work in cold conditions of 2 to 8 degrees
- Ability to work to deadlines
- Accuracy
