**About the Company**

The Ents Inc Limited is a new company that has been established for a highly innovative purpose; to blend the worlds of leisure, technology and video games. The company is from the founder of one of the UK’s most successful Immersive Theatre experiences, and promises to further push the boundaries of what people come to expect from entertainment with the world’s first real-life video game attraction, Chaos Karts.

This unbelievably exciting experience will combine the worlds of Competitive Socialising and Augmented Reality in order to bring the world an entirely unique and new leisure activity that channels the nostalgia of classic video games.

With a venue located in Manchester, we promise to turn the worlds of technology and leisure completely upside down. We are now hiring talented and hard-working individuals to make an unstoppable team for this exciting start-up.

**Purpose of the role**

We are looking for fun, dynamic and creative individuals to join our on the ground Operations Teams to assist in running the Chaos Karts site. You will be self-motivated, able to work independently or as part of a team. You must be flexible and able to work a variety of shifts, including days, nights, weekends, holidays, and special events. You will adopt an enthusiastic, assertive, and passionate approach to Guest Service at all times. You will be passionate about the product and have a keen eye for detail.

You will primarily be responsible for interacting with customers, getting them prepared for the experience to start, commentating on races, operating the Karts and upselling merchandise/photos. The main outcome of the role is to ensure that the customer has positive experience.

**Key Responsibilities**

**Operational Excellence**
- Be the face of Chaos Karts, welcoming guests and ensuring that they all leave having had an amazing experience that will last a lifetime
- Manage all guest enquiries efficiently and maintain a consistently positive attitude
- Celebrate success with the team at every available opportunity, have open and honest communication with fellow colleagues and managers offering support to all
- Arrive to work punctually, ready to work with your uniform correct and well kept.
- Work across all parts of the operations function daily, striving for world class standards and regularly feeding back new ideas and initiatives to Management
- Use initiative while on position to ensure stock levels and cleanliness standards are always maintained
- Drive sales, upselling retail merchandise and photography products as required
- Assist the Management team with any reasonable tasks as required

**Guest Excellence**
- Treat all guests as individuals, thinking on your feet to ensure their experience exceeds their expectations.
- Proactively approach and interact with guests in an open and genuine manner and have the confidence to engage in conversation with guests of all ages and backgrounds.
- Have good product knowledge of Chaos Karts, highlighting benefits of each of our products to guests in order to increase sales and ensure value for money.

**Health, Safety and Security**
- Responsible for the safety of your colleagues and guests as they enjoy the attraction
- Provide a health and safety briefing to every customer and ensuring this is followed and adhered to whilst on site
- Follow all processes and procedures while working within the attraction, ensuring the health and safety of all guests and staff is always maintained.
- Report any health and safety issues and near misses using the methods in place, informing any member of the Management team in a timely manner

**Role Requirements**

Essential
- Operational and performance experience within a visitor attraction, theme part, museum, hotel, theatre, entertainment or tech environment
- Excellent organisational skills and ability to multi task
- An ability to work calm and effectively under pressure
- High level of communication skills when dealing with the public and colleagues
- Understanding of health & safety and fire evacuation procedures
- Fun and engaging personality

**Salary**: From £10.42 per hour
